The End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Outreach, Communication, and Training (EOCT) Team invites you to attend the March 2024 Town Hall event. This event will feature information on ESRD data reporting deadlines, EOCT announcements, ESRD Quality Reporting System (EQRS) updates including the Form CMS-2728 updates, the Facility Influenza Vaccination Dashboard, the new medication reconciliation reporting field, and the CMS-2744 Annual Facility Survey, frequently asked questions, and a live question and answer session.
