The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) End-Stage Renal Disease Quality Incentive Program (ESRD QIP) and the ESRD Outreach, Communication, and Training (EOCT) Team invites you to attend the March 2022 Town Hall event. This event will feature information about the ESRD Quality Incentive Program (QIP) Payment Year (PY) 2022 Final Performance Score Report (PSR) and Performance Score Certificate (PSC), ESRD Quality Reporting System (EQRS) calendar year (CY) 2022 reporting requirements, new EQRS features including Identify Depressed Patients, and EQRS Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
