CROWNWeb Town Hall: The Journey to EQRS with System Design

Please join us for the September Town Hall event where CMS and the OCT Team will lead a discussion on Human-Centered Design (HCD) with the ESRD Quality Reporting System (EQRS) Interface Designers. The Interface Designers will discuss the importance of user feedback and its role in improving the EQRS system. Additionally, we will describe how EQRS users can look up clinical information submitted in previous years in CROWNWeb.
NOTE: Audio for this event will be available via INTERNET STREAMING – No telephone line is required. Computer speakers or headphones are necessary to listen to streaming audio.
