The End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Outreach, Communication, and Training Team invites you to attend the December 2023 Town Hall event. This event will feature information on ESRD data reporting deadlines, EQRS updates including the new Dashboard Reports feature, Calendar Year 2024 ESRD Prospective Payment System Final Rule Recap, the new Facility Commitment to Health Equity reporting measure, and Payment Year 2024 ESRD Quality Incentive Program final Performance Score Reports and Performance Score Certificates.
