June 2023 Town Hall Event

The End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Outreach, Communication, and Training (EOCT) Team invites you to attend the June 2023 Town Hall event. This event will feature information about ESRD data reporting deadlines, EOCT announcements, new ESRD Quality Reporting System (EQRS) features including the Peritonitis Infections Module and Transplant Dashboard for dialysis facilities, updates to the Standardized Hospitalization Ratio (SHR), Standardized Readmission Ratio (SRR), and Standardized Transfusion Ratio (STrR) measures and frequently asked questions.
