March 2023 Town Hall Event

The End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Outreach, Communication, and Training (EOCT) Team invites you to attend the March 2023 Town Hall event. This 90-minute event will feature information about ESRD Quality Reporting System (EQRS) updates and reporting deadlines, the new COVID-19 Healthcare Personnel (HCP) Vaccination measure, the ESRD Quality Incentive Program (ESRD QIP) Payment Year (PY) 2023 Final Performance Score Reports (PSRs) and Performance Score Certificates (PSCs), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)-2744 Annual ESRD Facility Survey, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
