EQRS Alert: EQRS QIP Applications Downtime

The Quality Incentive Program (QIP) module of the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Reporting System (EQRS) will be unavailable beginning on Friday, October 28, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) through Monday, Oct 31, 2022, at 5:00 a.m. PT.

This downtime will enable CMS to make system updates and complete data migration tasks required for the upcoming payment year (PY) 2023 Preview Period.
