EQRS System Maintenance and HARP Go Live

The End-Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System (EQRS) will be unavailable due to system maintenance from 8:00 P.M. EST on Friday, February 21, 2020 until 8:00 A.M EST on Monday, February 24, 2020.

Effective February 24, 2020, HCQIS Access Role and Profile (HARP) credentials will be required to access the EQRS application. Access the EQRS application at https://eqrs.cms.gov/globalapp.

HARP resources including training materials, Quick Start Guides, Frequently Asked Questions, and instructional videos can be found on MyCROWNWeb.org at http://mycrownweb.org/harp-training/.
