Emergency Dashboard Available in EQRS |
August 15, 2025 |
On July 29, 2025, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the Emergency Dashboard in the End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Reporting System (EQRS). The dashboard provides access to aggregated and summarized data and reporting from active or closed emergency incidents that are recorded in the Emergency Module.
This EQRS News Flash provides all users with instructions on how to access and view the new dashboard. |
Emergency Dashboard The dashboard will ease the process of viewing emergency incidents impacting dialysis facilities in EQRS. It will provide real time information to all end users including CMS staff, corporate dialysis organization staff, ESRD Network staff, and dialysis facility staff. Accessing Clinical Compliance Reports To access the Emergency Dashboard, log in to the Patient Registry in EQRS and select Reports Dashboard from Reports in the navigation bar (Figure 1). |

Adding/Updating Facility Contacts in EQRS To facilitate effective communication in emergencies, it is essential that each facility has complete and current contact information for key personnel in the Facility Contacts section of the Facility page in EQRS. For more information about adding facility contacts, please view this brief video or review the recent EQRS News Flash: Medical Personnel Module and Addition of Facility Contacts. The issue that prevented users from updating or removing the Facility Primary Contact has been resolved, and on August 18, 2025, the old Primary Contact section will be removed. |
