June 2024 Town Hall Event

The End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Outreach, Communication, and Training (EOCT) Team invites you to attend the June 2024 Town Hall event. This event will feature information on new ESRD Quality Reporting System (EQRS) updates including the new Vascular Access Clinical Dashboard, the renamed EQRS Patient Registry and QIP applications, and the new Top Navigation bar and the Change Application/Organizations functionality. We’ll also cover ESRD data reporting deadlines, EOCT announcements, recap the Commitment to Health Equity Attestation requirements, and the new Inactive Reason column on the Dialysis Facility Transplant Waitlist Dashboard, and finish by answering user submitted and frequently asked questions.
