CY 2023 ESRD PPS Final Rule on Display

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announces the display of the final rule for the calendar year (CY) 2023 End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Prospective Payment System (PPS). The final rule is available online at the Federal Register.

The CY 2023 ESRD PPS Final Rule includes finalized requirements for the ESRD Quality Incentive Program (QIP) beginning with payment years 2023, 2024, and 2025.
