EQRS Alert: EQRS Data Submission Issue Resolved

October 21, 2022, the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Reporting System (EQRS) data reporting issue has been resolved.  EQRS users may resume all data submission activities effective immediately. Thank you for your cooperation and patience while we worked to resolve this issue quickly.
