Additional ICD-10 Codes

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is pleased to inform the ESRD community, that 12 additional ICD-10 codes have been added to CROWNWeb for use with the CMS-2728 Form. A list of the additional codes was provided in the October 2018 Newsletter.
